CAPTAIN CHARLIE FARRELL’S

SWEETSPOT CHARTERS

PORT MANSFIELD FISHING REPORT

June 17, 2005

Snapper and king fishing remain excellent. Snapper can easily be chummed to the surface on rocks in 49 feet of water. King fish are plentiful and provided non stop action on light tackle. Snapper ranged from 6 to 10 pounds and were caught free lining herring. King fish hit the same bait. Most kings were in the 15 to 20 pound range. Mackerel are plentiful under the birds and make for a great break in the ride to fishing grounds.

Good Fishing,

Capt. Charlie Farrell
